Tsagan Ilyushov is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and IRS-licened Enrolled Agent (EA) dedicated to designing clear, strategic, and reliable tax and accounting solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a federally authorized tax professional, she represents clients before the IRS and provides expert guidance across complex federal and state tax matters.
Born in Elista, Russia, Tsagan moved to the United States to pursue her professional career in accounting and finance. She earned her Master of Science in Accounting from Monroe University and completed a 150-hour professional certificate program in business fundamentals through Harvard Business School. Her academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience, allows her to deliver practical, compliant, and forward-thinking financial solutions.
