Tsagan Ilyushov is dedicated to designing tax and accounting solutions for small businesses. As an enrolled agent (EA), Tsagan has been certified by the IRS as a federally licensed tax professional which means she has special expertise in the field of taxation.

Born in Elista, Russia Tsagan moved to the United States to pursue accounting career. She attended Monroe College where she earned a Master of Science in Accounting. She successfully completed a 150-hour certificate program on the fundamentals of business from Harvard Business School.
